to fight for America's freedom

The Army and the Navy
the Coast Guard and Marines
the National Guard and Air Force
the best teams we have seen
You put your lives upon the line
each and everyday
not knowing where the evil lies
when it will come your way
There are evils that surround us
in our own land and abroad
that threatens what we stand for
In God's name, so it is called
You spend so many sleepless nights
from the loads that you must bear
but in order to protect us all
you stand ready and prepared
You fight to keep our freedoms
As our ancestors chose to do
Like Washington and Lincoln
Roosevelt and Kennedy too.
So to our sons and daughters
who have heard our country's call
we give you a big Thank You!
and salute you one and all
