MY SWEET SPRING

Cherry trees blossom by the lake

Dressed in splendor for love's sake

Robin redbreasts in the glade

Gently tend to nests they've made

Daffodils and thyme appear

Fragrance fills the crisp clear air

Enticing buzzing bees around

Anticipating SPRING abound

I truly cherish all of thee

Flowers, God's creatures and the trees

The treasures that the season brings
