CREAMY HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
My Mom use to make this recipe with powdered Dream Whip and Ovaltine, but this rendition is just as good if not better. Great to store ahead for the cold winter months. I often mix a couple teaspoons in with my coffee as well. Great with fresh baked cookies!
Ingredients:
1 box instant powdered milk - 8-quart size
1 box Nestle Quick mix (1 pound size)
1 jar of powdered creamer (6 oz size)
½ cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients, and store in a lidded container until
ready to use.
To make hot chocolate, put 1/4 cup in a coffee mug and add hot water.
Stir till mix is dissolved.
For more chocolate taste, add more mix.
Add miniature marshmallows if desired. YUM!
