BROWN SUGAR COFFEE
I'm a coffee drinker, and love it, especially with dessert. This recipe
is the coffee and dessert all wrapped into one. But, I serve it with cookies
anyway.
Ingredients:
1 cup hot, brewed coffee
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. allspice, ground
Directions:
Pour hot coffee into 2 mugs.
Add half of the heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla and allspice to each cup.
(Or mix all ingredients and then pour into individual cups.)
Mix until smooth.
Garnish with whipped cream and serve with shortbread cookies
