BARBEQUE BEEF BAKE

1 lb. ground beef

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 (18-oz). bottle barbeque sauce

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cup Bisquick

1 cup milk

2 eggs

Cook ground beef and 1/2 cup of the onion in a frying pan until the beef is browned. Drain fat. Stir in the barbeque sauce. Spoon into greased 13x9-inch baking dish, and sprinkle with the cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until thoroughly blended, and pour over the hamburger mixture. Sprinkle with the reserved onion. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven, for about 30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. This makes about 8 servings.
