TRUFFLES

1  cup cream

1 lb chocolate broken into pieces or chocolate morsals

Heat cream slowly til simmering. Add chocolate pieces and stir until melted and well blended. Place in bowl and put in refrigerator until cooled. Chocolate should be stiff like cookie dough. Roll into walnut size balls and then roll in any of the following coatings. Nuts, coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or any coating you might like. Place into paper candy cups and keep in cool place til ready to serve or eat. These are so elegant to serve and easy to make.
