COJO'S CHICKEN CORN SOUP

1 Chicken (about 4 pounds)

4 Quart of cold water

1 Onion (chopped)

1/2 Cup chopped celery including leaves

1 LB of frozen corn

2 Hardboiled eggs

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 LB Noodles (whatever you like)

Cook chicken slowly til tender, adding salt 1/2 hour before it is done.Remove chicken and strain broth.Take meat from bones and chop fine, add to broth. Add corn and chopped celery and pepper. Cook til celery is tender. Ten minutes before serving add noodles and chopped eggs. Serves about 6 people.
