W. VA. MOUNTAIN MAMA MUD SLIDE CAKE

Ingredients:

1 large size whipped topping

1 4-oz box of instant chocolate pudding

1 4-oz box of instant vanilla pudding

2 cups cold milk

1 chocolate bar

1 stick butter, softened

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup confectioner's sugar

1 8-oz cream cheese

 

Directions:

In a medium size mixing bowl, combine flour, butter and pecans.
Mix well and press into bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add 1 cup whipped topping, fold in and spread over baked crust.
Combine chocolate and vanilla instant pudding with cold milk.
Mix together until thick and creamy, pour over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Grate chocolate bar over topping.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
